Mobile POS stations, also known as tablets, are a recent addition to the POS system development. The main goal of these devices is to ease the workflow of the waitstaff. Primary functionality includes placing new orders, repeating orders, and taking payments without leaving the table.
After servers take new orders on Skytab, they will automatically print in the kitchen and reflect on the main POS stations. After guests settle their checks, the tickets will also automatically close on all main POS stations.
Our mobile POS station, Skytab, can print, email, or text receipts to paying customers. It also prompts each guest to leave a 5-star rating. All guest ratings are sent directly to management, so action can be taken accordingly to prevent customers from having unresolved incidents.
